Meeting in the bush!

Ever wondered about being in the middle of nowhere and yet everywhere? The Nombolo Mdhluli Conference Center and Skukuza Lodge in the Kruger National Park can offer that.

Named after the field ranger who served more than 40 years, the Nombolo Mdhluli conference facility can host up to 500 pax at a go.

“Corporal Nombolo Mdhluli served the Kruger National Park as a field ranger from 1919 until his retirement in 1958. After retirement from Kruger National Park, he joined the Sabi sands where he served until 1971 which makes it a total of 52 years as the number of years of service.”

Recognizing his long-term service which sometimes exposed him to the danger of wildlife, the conference hall was named after him in honour of his good service.

Situated in the Mpumalanga province of the Republic of South Africa, at the heart of Skukuza, the facility is near the Skukuza Safari Lodge, an accommodation facility that can host all the 500 delegates attending a conference in the bush.

From the Nombolo Mdhluli to Skukuza safari lodge, it’s a walking distance that gives one breathtaking view , it is near the famous restaurant the Cattle baron for a wonderful picturesquare sundown and fine dining in the park.

The logistics have been made easy for international Flights, there is an international airport named Skukuza Airport, whereby the planes can  land straight from any part of the world or through connecting flights from O.R Tambo International    Airport which is the country’s largest entry to the southern African nation.

While in Skukuza, any conference attendee will still be connected to all the basic business needs, like good networks and internet service while enjoying the serene offered by the calm and quiet outdoors. Hence the opening question of being in the middle of nowhere yet everywhere.
